NOTARY PUBLIC    -    EMPLOYEE       
           
1.The notary must obey the notary codes of the State of California

 

2. 2.The employee must obey the policies and procedures of the employer.

 

3. 3.The employer may not interfere with the duties and responsibilities of the notary

 

One Person with Two Responsibilities
 
If the employer’s instructions to the notary do not agree with the notary codes of the State of California, the notary must obey the notary codes while performing notary duties

Separation of Responsibilities

 
The notary, while performing notary duties, may not:
 
Prepare, draft, select or make any final determination of any document or give advice with relation to any document
 
The notary, acting as an employee may:
