1.1.  Must provide services for everyone who has a proper request and can pay the fees

2.2.  All fees collected by the notary, while on the clock, must be returned to the employer

3.3.  If requested, the notary will give a receipt to the principal and write down all notary services and fees charged

 
Failure to provide a receipt can result in charges 3 times the original amount.
