The signer states that he/she is the Attorney in Fact of
the principal listed on the Bill of Sale document.

Notary is not required to see the Power of Attorney or the
certified copy of the original Power of Attorney
document to notarize the signer’s signature.

The Notary registers the signer’s statements in the
sequential journal.
4.4.
Attorney in Fact signs principal’s signature to the
Bill of Sale document then signs his/her name as Attorney in Fact.
5.5.
Notary will complete or fill in a Loose-Leaf Attorney in Fact Acknowledgment
Certificate and will attach the certificate to the Bill of Sale.
6.
The Notary notarizes the Attorney in Fact's name.
