1.Every person who knowingly files any Deed of Trust on a single-family residence, with knowledge that the Deed of Trust contains any false statements or is forged in any way, is guilty of a felony

 

2.Every person who knowingly files any false or forged document with the county recorder relating to a single-family residence is punishable by a fine up to $75,000.00

 

3.Every person who knowingly makes a false sworn statement to a notary in order to induce the notary to perform an improper notarial act on an instrument relating to a single-family residence is guilty of a felony.
