CSNP is an educational institution serving communities by providing online notary courses and scheduled notary classes at colleges and adult school campuses throughout California.  Founded in 1996, CSNP is the recognized State's leading authority for all new notary applicants and renewing commissioned notaries.

Our mission is to offer State approved courses at colleges and adult schools throughout California that will serve the needs of the rapidly developing business community.  All our school district instructors are fully accredited and ready to give you the complete training you need to become a California State Commissioned Notary Public.
