The mission of any worthy institution of higher learning must be to produce the best graduate it can.  At the California School of Notary Public, it is our goal to foster the growth and development of all our students in such a way that they will be able to achieve their potential and succeed in the years that follow.

It is our intent to empower our students to succeed in their chosen career; to become responsible and contributing citizens in their communities and to reap the great rewards of their success.

All of the CSNP family - students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community partners - are dedicated to helping everyone to become tomorrow's leaders, as evidenced by the successful alumni who proudly acknowledge the training they receive while attending our classes. 

To accomplish our goal, we must concern ourselves with the unending process of learning, the continuing acquisition of knowledge, and the development of responsibility for one's self, neighbor's, colleagues, community and family.
