CALIFORNIA STATE NOTARY PUBLIC EXAMINATION

You may have a copy of the 2009 Notary Public Handbook to prepare for the State Proctored Examination by clicking on the Handbook.

Due to the number of changes in the California State Notary Public laws, it is recommend that all students who have completed their State required 6 hour course of instruction  to register and take their Notary examination at a State approved regional examination center.

After you register and complete your Notary Public class, please register for your State Proctored Examination by clicking on the link below.   For best results, allow one week after your class to study the notary laws prior to taking your State Proctored Examination.
